Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by safetywearworld.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Faulty Goods

Should the product(s) that you purchase become faulty due to a manufacturing fault within 1 year of purchase Safety Wear World will be happy to replace the faulty product free of charge. If the fault is deemed to be due to excessive wear or maltreatment upon inspection then the product can only be returned at the owners cost.

Exchanges

If when you receive your product(s) you are not happy due to incorrect colour or size being sent please contact our office immediately on 0161 266 1190 or support@safetywearworld.co.uk where our staff will be happy to organise the collection and re-delivery of the correct product(s)
